Section 1729 - Voting rights of directors

(a) General rule.--Unless otherwise provided in a bylaw adopted by the shareholders, every director of a business corporation shall be entitled to one vote. (b) Multiple and fractional voting.--Any requirement of this subpart for the presence of or vote or other action by a specified percentage of directors shall be satisfied by the presence of or vote or other action by directors entitled to cast the specified percentage of the votes that all voting directors in office are entitled to cast.
