The following words and phrases when used in this subchapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: 'Covered association.' Any of the following: (1) a domestic filing entity; (2) a domestic limited liability partnership; (3) an electing partnership; or (4) a registered foreign association. 'Proper name.' The name set forth in: (1) the public organic record of a domestic filing association; (2) the statement of registration of a limited liability partnership; (3) the statement of election of an electing partnership; or (4) the statement of registration of a registered foreign association under section 412(a)(1)(i) (relating to foreign registration statement) or, if that name does not comply with this section, the name set forth in the statement under section 412(a)(1)(ii).
