Section 2511 - Financial reports to shareholders

(a) General rule.--The requirements of section 1554 (relating to financial reports to shareholders) shall not apply to a registered corporation. (b) Exception.--Subsection (a) does not apply to a registered corporation described in section 2502(2) (relating to registered corporation status) that has more than one shareholder.
