Section 2528 - Notice of shareholder meetings

(a) Householding.--If a registered corporation solicits proxies generally with respect to a meeting of its shareholders, the corporation is not required to give notice of the meeting to any shareholder to whom the corporation is not required to send a proxy statement pursuant to the rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission. (b) Notice and access.--If a registered corporation has given a shareholder notice of the Internet availability of proxy materials in a manner conforming with the rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the corporation may give notice of the meeting to the shareholder by posting the notice on the Internet website to which the proxy materials are posted.
