(a) Definitions.--The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: 'Disqualified person.' The term 'disqualified person' as used in this chapter means a licensed person who for any reason is or becomes legally disqualified (temporarily or permanently) to render the same professional services that the particular professional corporation of which he is an officer, director, shareholder or employee is or was rendering.
