Section 371 - Domestication authorized

(a) Domestic entities.--Except as provided in section 318 (relating to excluded entities and transactions), by complying with this chapter, a domestic entity may become a domesticated entity of the same type in a foreign jurisdiction if the domestication is authorized by the laws of the foreign jurisdiction. (b) Foreign entities.--By complying with the applicable provisions of this subchapter, a foreign entity may become a domestic entity of the same type in this Commonwealth if this title provides for the formation of that type of entity.
