Section 5729 - Voting rights of directors

(a) General rule.--Unless otherwise provided in a bylaw adopted by the members every director shall be entitled to one vote. (b) Multiple and fractional voting.--The requirement of this subpart for the presence of or vote or other action by a specified percentage of directors shall be satisfied by the presence of or vote or other action by directors entitled to cast the specified percentage of the votes which all directors are entitled to cast.
