A nonprofit corporation organized upon a nonstock basis shall not issue shares of stock, but membership in the corporation may be evidenced by certificates of membership. The fact that the corporation is a nonprofit corporation shall be noted conspicuously on the face of each certificate. (July 9, 2013, P.L.476, No.67, eff. 60 days)
