Section 8674 - Power of personal representative of deceased partner

If a partner dies, the personal representative of the deceased partner may exercise: (1) the rights of a transferee provided in section 8672(c) (relating to transfer of transferable interest); and (2) for the purposes of settling the estate, the rights of a current limited partner under section 8634 (relating to limited partner rights to information).
