Section 8854 - Power of personal representative of deceased member

If a member dies, the deceased member's personal representative may exercise: (1) the rights of a transferee provided in section 8852(c) (relating to transfer of transferable interest); and (2) for the purposes of settling the estate, the rights the deceased member had under section 8850 (relating to rights to information).
