Section 12503 - Meetings

(a) Rules.--The county commissioners shall adopt rules for the conduct and order of business and establish regular times and places of meetings. A copy of the rules shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the county courthouse for the benefit of the public. (b) Special meeting notice.--Each county commissioner shall have at least 20 hours' notice of a special meeting and of the nature of business to be conducted at the meeting, unless the notice is waived by the county commissioner in writing or by attendance at the special meeting.
