Section 14721 - Fees

(a) General rule.--A county officer shall charge and collect the fees, mileage and emoluments of the office for the officer's own use or for the use of the county, as provided by law. (b) Payment of fees.--Fees, mileage and emoluments shall be paid to the county treasurer. (c) Timing of payment.--Fees, mileage and emoluments shall be paid on or before the 10th day of each month unless otherwise required.
