Section 17347 - Use and operation of convention center facilities

(a) General rule.--The use and operation of a convention center and the operation of the business of the authority shall be subject to the rules and regulations adopted by the authority. (b) Limitation.--The authority may not impair the security of the obligees of the authority, violate any agreements with the obligees or for the obligee's benefit or violate any contracts, leases or other agreements awarded, made or entered into by the authority.
