Section 1304 - Department supervision

The department shall continue to supervise the credit union, in the hands of the liquidating trustee or trustees, until the liquidation is complete and the affairs of the credit union are fully settled. (Dec. 9, 2002, P.L.1572, No.207, eff. 60 days)
