Section 1109 - Costs

In addition to any other sentence imposed, the court may order an offender to pay the cost of any reward paid for the apprehension and conviction of the offender. (Sept. 26, 1995, 1st Sp.Sess., P.L.1056, No.20, eff. 60 days) 1995 Amendment. Act 20, 1st Sp.Sess., added section 1109. Section 4 of Act 20 provided that section 1109 shall apply to sentences imposed on or after the effective date of Act 20.
