Repeal and Transfer Note. Subchapter G (§§ 1381 - 1386) was repealed except for section 1386 which was renumbered 9781 and transferred to Subchapter G of Chapter 97 of Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) October 5, 1980, P.L.693, No.142, effective in 60 days. The subject matter of former sections 1381 through 1385 is now contained in Subchapter F of Chapter 21 of Title 42. Prior Provisions. Subchapter G was added November 26, 1978, P.L.1316, No.319, effective January 1, 1979. Former Subchapter G, which related to sentencing council, was added December 30, 1974, P.L.1052, No.345, and repealed November 26, 1978, P.L.1316, No.319, effective January 1, 1979.
