Section 2607 - Culpability

In any criminal prosecution pursuant to this chapter, the provisions of Chapter 3 (relating to culpability) shall apply, except that: (1) The term 'different person' as used in section 303(b) and (c) (relating to causal relationship between conduct and result) shall also include an unborn child. (2) The term 'victim' as used in section 311 (relating to consent) shall not include the mother of the unborn child.
