The following words and phrases when used in this subchapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: 'Fund.' The Straw Purchase Prevention Education Fund established in section 6186 (relating to Straw Purchase Prevention Education Fund). 'Program.' The Straw Purchase Prevention Education Program established in section 6184 (relating to Straw Purchase Prevention Education Program).
