In addition to any other powers and duties, the Attorney General of the Commonwealth shall: (1) Establish a grant program to provide moneys from the fund pursuant to section 6184 (relating to Straw Purchase Prevention Education Program). (2) Promulgate rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this subchapter.
