Section 7318 - Maintaining of premises in which bucket-shop operated

(a) Offense defined.--A person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree if he knowingly permits a bucket-shop, as defined in section 7316(e) of this title (relating to definition of bucket-shop) to be maintained or operated in any premises owned, leased, controlled, or operated by him. (b) Fine a lien.--Any fine imposed under this section shall be a lien upon the premises, in or on which the bucket-shop shall be maintained and operated.
