1979 Repeal. Section 7362 was repealed December 7, 1979 (P.L.487, No.103), effective in 60 days. The subject matter is now contained in section 7365 of this title. Constitutionality. Section 7362 was declared unconstitutional on October 5, 1978, by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in Kroger Co. v. O'Hara Township, 481 Pa. 101, 392 A.2d 266 (1978).
