Section 3512 - Audits in counties having no separate orphans' court division

In any county having no separate orphans' court division, the account of a personal representative shall be confirmed by the court or by the clerk, as local rules shall prescribe, if no objections are presented within a time fixed by general rule of court. If any party in interest shall object to the account, or shall request its reference to an auditor, the court, in its discretion, may appoint an auditor. Cross References.
