Section 5315 - Expenses, compensation and bond of custodian

(a) Expenses.--A custodian is entitled to reimbursement from custodial property for reasonable expenses incurred in the performance of the custodian's duties. (b) Compensation.--Except for one who is a transferor under section 5304 (relating to transfer by gift or exercise of power of appointment), a custodian has a noncumulative election during each calendar year to charge reasonable compensation for services performed during that year. (c) Bond.--Except as provided in section 5318(f) (relating to renunciation, resignation, death or removal of custodian), a custodian need not give a bond.
