Section 5552 - Services to individuals whose decision-making ability is impaired

Guardianship support agencies shall provide guardianship services under this chapter. Such services shall include, but not be limited to: (1) Assistance to individuals in decision making, including financial management training. (2) Assistance to individuals in securing and maintaining benefits and services. (3) Recruiting, training and maintaining a group of individuals to serve as representative payees or similar fiduciaries established by benefit-issuing agencies, agents pursuant to a power of attorney, and trustees.
