Section 8632 - Relation to Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act

This chapter modifies, limits and supersedes the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (Public Law 106-229, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.). This chapter shall not modify, limit or supersede section 101(c) of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act or authorize electronic delivery of any of the notices described in section 103(b) of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act. (Oct. 23, 2018, P.L.594, No.90) 2018 Amendment. Act 90 added section 8632. Section 11(3) of Act 90 provided that the addition of section 8632 shall take effect upon publication of the notice under section 8629.
