Enactment. Chapter 33 was added November 23, 1982, P.L.686, No.196, effective in 30 days. Section3 of Act 196 of 1982 provided that nothing contained in the act shall affect the validityof any commissions which are presently valid and issued pursuant to the acts repealedby Act 196.
