Section 7318 - Assistance with discovery

A tribunal of this State may do all of the following: (1) Request a tribunal outside this State to assist in obtaining discovery. (2) Upon request, compel a person subject to its jurisdiction to respond to a discovery order issued by a tribunal outside this State. (Dec. 28, 2015, P.L.559, No.94, eff. imd.) Cross References.
