Section 7902 - Transitional provision

This part applies to proceedings beginning on or after the effective date of this section to do any of the following: (1) Establish a support order. (2) Determine parentage of a child. (3) Register, recognize, enforce or modify a prior support order, determination or agreement, whenever issued or entered. (Dec. 28, 2015, P.L.559, No.94, eff. imd.) 2015 Amendment.
