Section 8303 - Duties of initiating tribunal

Upon the filing of a petition or complaint authorized by this part, an initiating tribunal shall forward one copy of the petition or complaint and its accompanying documents to the responding tribunal. Cross References. Section 8303 is referred to in section 2512 of this title.
