(a) Notice.--If the Secretary of the Commonwealth determines that the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (Public Law 103-31, 42 U.S.C. § 1973gg et seq.) no longer prohibits cancellation of registration of electors for Federal office because of failure to vote, the secretary shall transmit notice of the determination to the Legislative Reference Bureau for publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin. (b) Effect of notice.--This chapter shall terminate upon publication of the notice under subsection (a).
