(a) Facilities.--All viewers' hearings shall be held publicly in a suitable place within the county designated by the court. (b) Stenographic notes.--Whenever in the opinion of the viewers it is desirable, accurate stenographic notes of hearings shall be taken, and copies of the notes shall be furnished to the parties interested when desired upon payment of a sum fixed by the rules and regulations of the respective court.
