Section 514 - Filing of report of viewers

(a) Time period for filing.--The viewers shall file their report within 30 days of their final hearing or within 30 days from the filing of the transcription of the stenographic notes of testimony. The transcription shall be filed within 30 days of the final hearing. (b) Copy of report and notice to parties.--Ten days before the filing of their report, the viewers shall mail a copy of the report to all parties or their attorneys of record, with notice of the date of the intended filing and that the report shall become final unless an appeal is filed within 30 days from the date the report is filed. (c) Correction of errors.--Prior to the filing of their report, the viewers may correct any errors in the report and give notice to the persons affected.
