The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: 'Acquiring agency.' The term includes an agency or person that is carrying out a program or project to the extent that the agency or person causes a person to become a displaced person. Cross References.
