(a) State departments and agencies.--Every State department and agency receiving funds under this chapter shall publish a report of all projects funded on the department or agency's publicly accessible Internet website at least annually. (b) Counties.--Every county designating capital improvement projects under section 6117 (relating to county environmental initiative program) shall publish a report of all projects funded on the county's publicly accessible Internet website at least annually.
