The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: 'Department.' The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources of the Commonwealth. 'Restricted account.' The Keystone Tree Restricted Account established under section 6602 (relating to establishment).
