\nThe following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:\n'Agriculture and youth organization.'\nAn organization composed mainly of youth, or an organization with programs that benefit youth, and organized to promote development in the areas of agriculture, community leadership, vocational training and peer fellowship.
