\n(a) Establishment.--\nThe Commonwealth Specialty Crop Block Grant Fund is established as a special nonlapsing fund in the State Treasury. All money placed into the fund and the interest the fund accrues are hereby appropriated to the department on a continuing basis for any activities necessary to meet the requirements of this chapter.\n(b) Supplements to fund.--\nThe Commonwealth Specialty Crop Block Grant Fund may be supplemented by money received from the following sources:\n(1) State money appropriated to the department.\n(2) Federal money appropriated to the department.\n(3) Gifts and other contributions from public and private sources.\n(July 7, 2022, P.L.504, No.52, eff. imd.)\n2022 Amendment.\nAct 52 amended subsec.
