\nThe following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:\n'Eligible project.'\nA project that the department determines does one or more of the following:\n(1) Improves agricultural infrastructure in an urban area.\n(2) Improves or facilitates the aggregation of agricultural products in an urban area.\n(3) Entails the sharing of resources among urban agricultural operations, agricultural producers or community organizations.\n(4) Supports community or economic development in the project area.\n'Person.'\nAn individual, partnership, association, firm, corporation or any other legal entity.\n'Program.'\nThe Urban Agricultural Infrastructure Grant Program established under this chapter.\n(July 7, 2022, P.L.504, No.52, eff. imd.)
