\nIn addition to any other remedies provided for in this chapter, the Attorney General, at the request of the secretary, may initiate, in Commonwealth Court or the court of common pleas of the county in which the defendant resides or has a place of business, an action in equity for an injunction to restrain any and all violations of this chapter, a permit, order or the rules and regulations promulgated under this chapter.
