\n(a) Plant Pest Management Account.--\nMoney received from permitting fees, control work reimbursement, fines and penalties under this chapter shall be paid into the Plant Pest Management Account.\n(b) Supplements.--\nThe account may be supplemented by money received from the following sources:\n(1) Federal funds appropriated to the department for purposes of this chapter.\n(2) State funds appropriated to the department for purposes of this chapter.\n(3) Gifts and other contributions from public or private sources for purposes of this chapter.
