\n(a) First violation.--\nA first violation of this chapter or any order or regulation promulgated under this chapter constitutes a summary offense punishable by a fine of not less than $100.\n(b) Second violation.--\nA second violation of this chapter or any order or regulation promulgated under this chapter constitutes a summary offense punishable by a fine of not less than $300.\n(c) Subsequent violations.--\nA third and subsequent violation of this chapter or any order or regulation promulgated under this chapter constitutes a misdemeanor of the third degree punishable by a fine of not less than $1,000.
