§ 2322

\nIf a neoplastic disease, metabolic disease or heritable disease is determined by the department to pose a threat to domestic animal health or to the economic well-being of the domestic animal industries, then the department may establish regulations addressing any discovery, prevention, reporting, testing, control, eradication or other measures as are necessary to lessen or eliminate the threat.
