§ 2330

\nThe department shall have the authority to condemn and seize or cause to be destroyed any quarantined domestic animal, domestic animal product, conveyance or other quarantined article that has been determined by the department as having been exposed to a dangerous transmissible disease or a hazardous substance such that destruction of the domestic animal, domestic animal product, conveyance or other article is necessary to prevent the spread of such disease or contamination.
