\nThe department shall provide an applicant or licensee under this subchapter with written notice of any violation of this subchapter or any regulation relating to garbage feeding businesses. The written notice shall set forth the time within which the applicant or licensee must correct the condition. If an applicant or licensee fails to correct or eliminate such a violation within the time set forth in the written notice, the department may deny, suspend or revoke the license and seek other penalties as are authorized by this chapter.
