\n(a) Notice.--\nThe department must provide a licensee with written notice of a violation of this subchapter or a regulation under this subchapter. The notice must provide a time period within which to correct the violation.\n(b) Sanctions.--\n(1) If the licensee does not correct a violation specified in a notice under subsection (a) within the specified time period, the department may take the following actions:\n(i) Suspend the license.\n(ii) Revoke the license.\n(iii) Seek enforcement under section 2383 (relating to enforcement and penalties).\n(2) Paragraph (1)(i) and (ii) are subject to 2 Pa.C.S. Chs. 5 Subch. A (relating to practice and procedure of Commonwealth agencies) and 7 Subch. A (relating to judicial review of Commonwealth agency action).
