\n(a) Promulgation.--\nThe department shall promulgate regulations for swine hunting preserves consistent with section 14 of the department's General Quarantine Order on the Importation and Intrastate Movement of Swine, published at 39 Pa.B. 5442 (September 19, 2009).\n(b) Time.--\nThe department shall promulgate the regulations under subsection (a) within two years of the effective date of this subsection.\n(c) Sterilization of male swine.--\nOn and after the effective date of this section, it shall be unlawful to release onto a swine hunting preserve a male swine that has not been sterilized.\n(d) Pennsylvania Game Commission.--\nNotwithstanding any other law, the Pennsylvania Game Commission shall have no authority to promulgate regulations on swine hunting preserves, and no regulation promulgated under this section shall be construed to be governed by 34 Pa.C.S. (relating to game).
