\nIn addition to any other remedies provided in this chapter, the department may apply to the Commonwealth Court or to any other court having jurisdiction for a temporary or permanent injunction restraining a person from violating any provision of this chapter or any regulation adopted under this chapter, regardless of whether there exists an adequate remedy at law.\nCross References.\nSection 4192 is referred to in sections 4121, 4122 of this title.
