§ 6806

\nThe guarantor whose name appears on the label of a fertilizer distributed in this Commonwealth shall pay semiannually and not later than January 31 and July 31 of each year an inspection fee at the rate of 17¢ per ton of fertilizer distributed in this Commonwealth. In no case shall the inspection fee paid semiannually amount to less than $25.\nCross References.\nSection 6806 is referred to in section 6906 of this title.
