\nThe department may publish on an annual basis, and in a form as it deems proper, information concerning the distribution of fertilizers and results of analyses based on official samples of fertilizer distributed within this Commonwealth as compared with analyses guaranteed under sections 6803 (relating to registration of specialty fertilizers) and 6805 (relating to labels and labeling).
