§ 6819

\n(a) Authority of department.--\nThe department may refuse, suspend or revoke:\n(1) the registration of a fertilizer;\n(2) the license of a person, if the person is a registrant or licensee and has not complied with the provisions of this chapter, a regulation promulgated under this chapter or an order issued under the authority of this chapter; or\n(3) the license of a person, if the person has used fraudulent or deceptive practices in the evasion or attempted evasion of the provisions of this chapter.\n(b) Hearing.--\nThe department shall provide an opportunity for a hearing, as specified in section 6826 (relating to appeal process), to a person appealing an action of the department under this section.
